1. To Get Started
Contact us by telephone, email, Whatsapp, or fill out the service request form on our website and a Client Services Coordinator will contact you to arrange your comprehensive initial assessment.
2. Initial Assessment
Each client will receive a comprehensive head-to-toe initial assessment by an intake Nurse. During our initial visit and assessment we will work with you to jointly develop a care plan based on your needs and medical requisition.
3. Care Plan
The care plan outlines the goals and outcomes of your care which you and your Healthcare Professional will work on together.
4. Visit Times
Your visit times will be scheduled in advance. Please contact Mieyva Healthcare if you will not be available for your scheduled visit time frame. This will allow us to reschedule your visit at a more convenient time.
5. Feedback Process
At Mieyva Healthcare your feedback is important to us. We want to ensure that we are continuously providing you and your family with quality care. If you have any concerns or questions about your healthcare provider or the services being provided you may call our offices at any time.
